Police: Montgomery County man admits to selling meth

A Montgomery County man has admitted to distributing methamphetamine.
Joseph Mitchell, 38, of Nelliston, admitted in U.S. District Court that he worked with another person to distribute more than 350 grams of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm as a felon, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
A search of his home on Sept. 5 found two rifles and one shotgun.
Mitchell was not allowed to have firearms because of a previous conviction for robbery and narcotics possession, according to prosecutors.
