Albany County Executive Dan McCoy is clarifying the guidance around playing high-risk sports.

He said Wednesday that practices, conditioning, weight lifting, and socially distant drills are all allowed.

Competition will be allowed after the county's rolling infection rate drops below 4%.

McCoy says he's gotten a lot of calls from parents, happy with the county's decisions.
