Galway Senior High School hasn't handed out diplomas just yet, but they are planning several events for their much smaller graduating class. That includes a class night held at a drive-in theater this month.

Valedictorian Alex Malanoski and Salutatorian Kaylee Bagden recorded their speeches inside an empty auditorium to be played at the event.

Principal Michael Miller says the 62 graduating seniors are being honored in several social distancing approved ways.

There are lawn signs and a rotating digital sign.

Each student will get the chance to walk across the stage to get their diploma.

A reverse parade is planned for June 27 where the students will line up on the school grounds in caps and gowns -- six feet apart while families and friends drive by to congratulate them.
