COLONIE - With kids across the Capital Region going back to school, a lot of parents will be putting their kids on the school bus.
The New York Association for Pupil Transportation held a school bus safety event in Colonie Wednesday morning.

They discussed what they think needs to be done to keep kids safe as they travel to and from school, and wanted to remind everyone else that school buses are back on the road.
