State Attorney General Letitia James has launched an investigation into baby food.

She's requested information from several companies on the levels of inorganic arsenic found in their infant rice cereal.

Arsenic is a toxic substance that could pose risks for the health and development of infants and small children.

The Food & Drug Administration now advises a limit on inorganic arsenic at 100 parts per billion.
