Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced a big new restriction at a press briefing on Wednesday morning. He said no business in the state can have more than 50 percent of its workforce leave home.

Essential services like health care, food, and pharmacies will be exempt.

The governor also announced the federal government has agreed to send the hospital ship the USNS Comfort up to New York Harbor to provide more hospital services.
