ALBANY – The ribbon was cut on a new STEAM Garden on Central Avenue in Albany.

It's a business incubator in what was a vacant school building.

It will offer vital resources to entrepreneurs and start-ups that may not be able to afford office space.

The STEAM garden cost $1.8 million to design and build.

About half the funds came from New York state.

Learn more about how it will be used, by watching the video of the story.
