Virtual reality has long been considered the future of video games. That future is just about here.
Virtual reality headsets are becoming more and more commonplace - even turning up in rehabilitation and senior living centers.
Residents at the Fulton Center in Gloversville are strapping on the goggles.
Some studies have found that virtual reality gameplay helps seniors boost their mood, promotes brain activity, and improves hand-eye coordination.
