New York state is once again accepting applications for Excelsior Scholarships.
They offer free tuition for high school graduates attending a state college or university, as long as you meet certain requirements.
The scholarship program was put on hold last year because of a big drop in state revenues due to the pandemic.
The deadline for applications is February 11.
