Former Congressman Chris Gibson to teach at Siena College

LOUDONVILLE - Former Congressman Chris Gibson is joining the Siena College faculty.

Starting in September, he'll teach political science and history.


Gibson is a decorated combat veteran, has a History degree from Siena, and a PhD in Government from Cornell.

Gibson says the classes will focus on leadership and he believes his experiences will bring a lot to students.

Gibson was a professor of American Politics at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and is currently a visiting professor of American Foreign Policy at Williams College.
