GUILDERLAND - The Guilderland community has narrowly rejected a proposal on a $42.7 million Capital Construction Project.
The final vote was 1,368 "no" votes (51 percent) to 1,309 "yes" votes (49 percent).
The money would have been used for upgrades to old parts of the school district's seven school buildings. It would have gone towards safety improvements and technology upgrades.
