Hundreds of elementary kids march for diversity in Albany

ALBANY - Elementary school kids in Albany were marching for diversity Thursday morning.

Albany police on horseback led the hundreds of students down North Lake Avenue.

Brighter Choice Charter students carried flags and signs celebrating their own personal heritage.

Teachers say the event is all about raising a generation of kids that is inclusive and understanding of everyone's differences.
