He's a bit older than most of his classmates, but a Skidmore student is bringing a new perspective to class.
Lewis Taub is 93 years old. He recently finished his 50th elective college course.
The retired optometrist started auditing classes at the college in 1994. He's taken two courses a year for 25 years. That's 150 credits.
Skidmore says he earned formal degrees from Brooklyn College and Columbia University years ago – but now jokes he's "working on his Master's" at Skidmore.
He's already picked out his 51st course -- which will be on religion.
If that's not enough, he also just went on a 2-week transatlantic cruise from Florida -- visiting Azures, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and England.
