QUEENSBURY - As the SUNY system continues to work through the pandemic's challenges, a college in our region is facing challenges.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report SUNY Adirondack experienced its sharpest enrollment decline in a decade this past fall.
About 2,900 students enrolled, a 12.5% drop compared to the same period in 2019 when about 3,400 students enrolled.
The school is currently in the process of developing a long-term strategy to reduce the college's spending and attract new students.
