Syracuse University reporting COVID-19 outbreak

Syracuse University is reporting a new COVID-19 outbreak on campus.

The vice chancellor sent a notice out saying dozens of cases have been connected to off-campus parties held last week.


At last check, 45 people have tested positive, all connected to these gatherings. The university is expecting more cases.

Due to the outbreak, Syracuse University is limiting gathering sizes and moving move campus events online.
