ALBANY - The New York State Teachers Union is looking for answers after the debacle last week with computer-based testing.

A computer failure prevented some students from being able to log-in. Also, some students were not able to submit their tests – and some students lost all of the work they have done.

This is the second year the New York State Education Department has run into computer problems the week of testing. They promised to have everything fixed, but it wasn't.

Hear reaction from the state education commissioner, Regents chancellor and more, by watching the video of Dan Levy's story.
