In the midst of a global pandemic, Sen. Chuck Schumer completed his annual tour of all 62 counties in New York state.
The senator spoke Monday in Athens, Greene County about the need for more federal relief for small businesses.
When he was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1998, Schumer promised he would visit each and every county every year.
What made Monday's visit extra special for him is that it's the senator's 70th birthday.
Hear how many people Schumer says would benefit from this program and more about what the program would do, by watching the video.
