Program helping to improve birth outcomes in Albany County

Albany County is teaming up with the March of Dimes and the Albany Promise.

The Albany Prematurity Improvement Network is designed to solve complex social issues such as premature births. They want to improve birth outcomes in Albany County.

Babies who are born prematurely often have long-term health problems, including brain development.

The new partnership hopes to help give every child the best start in life.
