Dog owners beware. Health officials say what you are feeding your pooch may be bad for their heart.
The FDA on Friday released the names of the 16 food brands that were most frequently identified in cases of canine-dilated cardiomyopathy.
The FDA says the dogs mostly ate dry food - and most were "grain-free" and contained peas or lentils.
Large breeds like retrievers and mixed breeds were more likely to be affected.
