TV star becomes real-life hero to son with epilepsy

You may know Greg Grunberg from the TV show "Heroes." What you probably didn't know is he is a real-life hero to his eldest son and thousands of people who live with epilepsy.

Grunberg's son Jake is now 24. He was diagnosed with epilepsy when he was 7, and it was severe with hundreds of seizures.

A few years ago, he underwent the VNS procedure to have a sort of pacemaker implanted that helps tamp down the seizure activity.

However, that hasn't slowed Grunberg's efforts to educate us and eliminate the stigma.
