Study: High school should start later

A new study suggests starting school later in the morning may be better for teens.

Researchers studied nearly 200 students at two high schools in Seattle and delayed the first bell by almost an hour. The students got to log more than 30 minutes of extra sleep after the change -- and posted better grades.

The American Academy of Pediatrics has recommended high school begin no earlier than 8:30.
