A new study suggests we may be able to know where the measles outbreak will spread.

Researchers from Johns Hopkins say they designed a computer model that was able to predict the 25 counties at greatest risk for an outbreak.

The scientists looked at international air travel volume, population data, vaccination rates for children and reported cases.

There are at least 764 confirmed cases in the country - the most in 25 years.
