Albany County unveils new facilities for nursing moms

There are new options for new moms to nurse or feed their infants in public spaces. Two new lactation rooms were unveiled on Wednesday morning.

They are at Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center and ShopRite of Albany.

The spaces offer moms a private and secure area to feed their babies.

The rooms were made possible by funding from St. Peter's Health Partners.
