Report finds U.S. obesity rates worsening in some areas

Obesity rates haven't improved anywhere in the United States. In some areas, they've worsened.

A new report from the Trust for America's Health finds seven states had obesity rates at or above 35-percent. That's an increase from five states the previous year.

The lowest rate is in Colorado and the highest is in West Virginia.

New York is ranked 45th.
