Can using e-cigarettes lead to a higher chance of erectile dysfunction?
One new study says there appears to be a link.
The study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine suggests that men between 20 and 65 years old who use those electronic nicotine delivery systems are nearly 2 ½ times more likely to report erectile dysfunction compared to those who have never used the devices.
The study looked at 13,711 men and accounted for all the participants' cigarette smoking history, including those who never smoked cigarettes to begin with.
Taking that into consideration, researchers say the data suggests daily e-cigarette use could lead to a higher risk of erectile dysfunction.
