Fadale comes from Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, where he was president and CEO.

His career didn't take a traditional route to administration. He started as a physical therapist and athletic trainer before getting his MBA.

What he experienced in his own life helped carve his path and cement his dedication to caring for others.

Hear him talk about how it goes back to a car accident by watching the video of Benita Zahn's story.
