Insurance apparently never bought for St. Clare's pension plan

September 05, 2019 07:50 PM

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara says St. Clare's trustees voted to buy insurance for the pension plan more than a year before it collapsed. However, the corporation never bought the insurance. It's not clear why.

NewsChannel 13 has been following the story since last year, when 1,100 retirees had their pensions terminated.
