Study: Too much sleep could increase risk of heart attack, stroke and death

The amount of time you sleep could affect your risk of cardiovascular disease and early death.

A new study shows people who slept more than six to eight hours a day had an increased risk of heart attack, stroke and death. That risk was highest for those who slept over 10 hours a day.

Experts say this does not mean too much sleep causes cardiovascular disease.
