ALBANY - People opposed to vaccinating their children flooded the State Board of Regents meeting on Monday.

The protesters want the board to delay implementing a law that ends religious exemptions to the state's vaccination requirement.

The issue wasn't on Monday's agenda and most parents were prevented from entering the meeting room.

A federal court rejected an effort last month by parents to have the law blocked. It's expected to take effect next week.
