The complaint was filed on behalf of two former and two current Albany County Jail inmates -- all men ages 19 to 25.

The suit says they were taken by the Department of Corrections from Rikers Island in New York City to the Albany County Jail.

NewsChannel 13 reached out to Sheriff Craig Apple, who said he could not comment on pending litigation.
