New York State is now looking into allegations inside the Guilderland Central School District bus garage.

According to the office of State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli, employees are reviewing how the bus garage is being used to determine whether any action is warranted.

Last week, 13 Investigates reported allegations work was being done on private vehicles at the transportation center on school time by managers. The superintendent of schools says she's received no complaints or credible evidence. However, the board vice president confirms this very issue came up recently in executive session.

NewsChannel 13 poured through hours of surveillance video and learned three cameras weren't working shortly after that closed door meeting.

One board member asked the superintendent this week to get the comptroller's opinion on their longstanding practice allowing mechanics to work on private vehicles off the clock, utilizing their own tools.
