Basic Quiche

Servings: 8

Preparation Time: 10 min.                                                                               Cook Time:50 min.



1 ½ c. Milk, Half n Half or Cream

4 Eggs

1 ½ c. Shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, swiss or cheddar or any combo)

½ c. fresh baby spinach chopped or whole)

½ c. chopped bacon or cubed ham

1 pie shell (8 or 9-inch premade or your own)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Follow directions on store bought pie shell.

In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs add salt and pepper to taste. Now add cheese then spinach and mix gently.

Pour into pie crust

Bake in oven for 50 minutes, until eggs have set and top is golden brown.

Let stand 5 minutes or completely cool and eat.
