Horse racing at the Saratoga Race Course is still six months away, but the breeding for this year has already begun. Breeding of standard-bred horses has a big impact on the economy in New York. Kelly Young, the executive director of the Agricultural and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund, stopped by NewsChannel 13 to explain.
