NewsChannel 13 salutes Navy E-3 Angel Garcia of Rensselaer.
The 2020 Rensselaer High School grad is currently an aviation technician, serving aboard the USS Essex out of San Diego.
His fellow technicians have recognized him for his ability to perform under pressure.
His family says he will help anyone in need.
