We Salute You: Carl Williams

NewsChannel 13 salutes Carl Williams of Albany.

The father of three served as a Medic in the Army.

He spent much of his career as a nurse at the VA Hospital in Albany.

He passed away in 2015 from complications of Agent Orange exposure.
