NewsChannel 13 salutes U.S. Navy Machinist’s Mate 3rd Class Sylvester Santos of Schoharie and Amsterdam.
He served in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. He later became a trooper with the New York State Police.
He passed away in 1958.
