Capital Region realtor says housing market cooling down

The month of August saw housing prices fall about 2%. It’s a sign the housing market may be cooling off.

The market boomed at the start of the pandemic, creating a greater demand for homes outside heavily populated areas and in the suburbs.

One local realtor says she is now seeing more success for homebuyers in the Capital Region.
