Last full Sears store in Capital Region set to close

The last full Sears department store in the Capital Region is closing.

CNBC reports the store, located at Wilton Mall in Saratoga, will close in February. Liquidation sales will begin soon.

Sears filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and previously announced plans to close their Aviation Mall store in Queensbury. The Sears at Colonie Center closed last year.

The company also owns Kmart.
