Perdue recalls chicken nuggets over possible wood contamination

Perdue is recalling more than 68,000 pounds of chicken nuggets. They may be contaminated with wood.

These are the Gluten-Free Organics Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets. They were produced on October 25 and sold at stores nationwide.

The Agriculture Department says Perdue received three complaints that wood was found in the nuggets.

The product should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
