The Berkshire Mall is back open, but the owner continues to face financial issues - and that could lead to the town of Lanesborough trying to seize the property.

We've been following this story for more than a week, when stores had to close because of no power.

A hearing is now set for Monday in Berkshire Superior Court.

NewsChannel 13's media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report the Baker Hill Road District, which has legal jurisdiction over the mall's land, is worried about tax revenue and interest.

NewsChannel 13 will let you know what happens on Monday.
