Sonic warns of potential credit card breach

Sonic says it's been notified of unusual activity regarding credit cards used at its drive-in restaurants.

The burger chain says it was notified of the unusual activity by its credit card processor.

The breach could have affected an unknown number of its payment systems.

Sonic has more than 3,500 restaurants throughout 44 states.

It has not said how many credit cards were potentially breached.
