An Amsterdam man is facing charges after police say he had sexual contact with a child.
Phillip Vogle, 61, has been arrested and charged with forcible touching, sexual misconduct, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual act.
Amsterdam police say the child, under the age of 15, said the incidents happened through August and September last year at a home in Amsterdam.
