13 men accused of attempted rape in Montgomery County

Thirteen people are under arrest in Montgomery County after a three-day investigation into attempted rape.

State police in Fonda worked with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the FBI earlier this month.

State police tell us these men tried to have sexual relations with a child less than 15 years old.

The suspects are not believed to be connected. They're identified as: 

Tyler D. Phillips, 24, of Fonda, NY.

Daurell J. McNeil, 32, of Highland, NY.

Osborne M. Campbell, 38, of Delanson, NY

  • Attempted Criminal Sexual Act 2nd

Samuel S. Ambrosio-Vicente, 27, of Albany, NY

  • Patronizing a Prostitute 2nd
  • Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd

Vincent M. Tebano, 60, of Schenectady, NY

  • Attempted Criminal Sexual Act 2nd
  • Attempted Rape 2nd

Mikhail Donovan, 27, of Melrose, NY

Vejay Etwardo, 29, of Schenectady, NY
