Police in Hudson charged a 16-year-old boy with criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say they investigated two reports of shots fired along the 200 block of State Street. While interviewing witnesses, they heard another gunshot a block away.

They say they found the suspect on Prison Alley along with a 9mm handgun.

He is not being identified because of his age. His case will be handled in family court.
