Abandoned Troy building collapses

TROY - The Red Cross is assisting the people affected - after a building partially collapsed in Troy.

An abandoned building at 24 Douw Street went down - and now crews are worried about the building next door. Three residents of that building had to evacuate - so the Red Cross is helping out.

No one was hurt.

Troy city engineers have been taking a look at the building.
