The Albany Empire organization is all about community. Saturday when the team hosts Atlantic City, it will be the "tackle cancer" game to raise money and awareness to fight the disease.

The Albany Empire along with the Make-A -Wish Foundation made 11-year-old Quamiere Daise's dream come true.

The team surprised Quamiere, who is battling a liver disease, during Wednesday's practice at the Times Union Center.

Coach Keefe made the announcement with family and players surrounding him that he and his family are heading to Disney World, which has always been a dream of his.

Hear reaction from Quamiere by watching the video of the story. You can also hear more from Quamiere by watching Albany Empire Express at 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. this Sunday on My 4.
