Albany man admits to slashing victim's neck

ALBANY – An Albany man admits to slashing a victim’s neck with a razor blade.

Norman Desnoyers, 38, assaulted the victim on May 20 around 10 p.m. on South Allen Street.

He was previously convicted of arson in 2001.

Desnoyers faces up to five years in state prison, and five years post-release supervision when he’s sentenced on July 25.
