An Albany man is arrested for the fourth time... in about six months.

Police say 19-year-old Jamir Hartfield was caught with a loaded handgun Monday night.

While he was being arrested, police say another man tried to prevent officers from arresting Hartfield.

He then allegedly encouraged a group of people to surround the officers and get physical with them. He was also arrested.

Since February, this is Hartfield's fourth arrest for possessing a loaded handgun.
