Albany police release victim's name in deadly motorcycle crash

Albany police have released the name of the man killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night. It is 43-year-old Jacob Bostick of Albany.

Police say Bostick slammed a motorcycle into an SUV on Clinton Avenue near Dove Street.

Police say it appears Bostick tried to pass an SUV on the right, just as the SUV started turning right onto Dove.

The driver of the SUV stopped right away and is cooperating.
