Albany Police investigating multiple shootings

ALBANY-- Albany police are investigating two separate shooting incidents that occurred early Sunday morning. 

Police say that around 1:00 am, they responded to a call near Third and North Swan Street for a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers found two males sustaining gunshot wounds.

A 21-year-old male was shot in the torso and a 31-year-old male was shot in the arm. They were transported to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. 

Police say a third victim, a 28-year-old male was also transported to Albany Medical Center before they arrived and believe was apart of the same incident. They say all three victims have been highly uncooperative. 

The second incident happened at around 2:20 am. Officers responded to a call on Orange Street. Upon arrival, they learned that a 21-year-old  male had been shot and transported to Albany Medical Center. He is listed in critical condition. 

Police haven't yet determined whether these incidents are connected in any way. They are also investigating whether the shootings played part with the incident in Teunis Street.
